It was my sin...

How deep the Father's love for us,
How vast beyond all measure
That He should give His only Son
To make a wretch His treasure

How great the pain of searing loss,
The Father turns His face away
As wounds which mar the chosen One,
Bring many sons to glory

Behold the Man upon a cross,
My sin upon His shoulders
Ashamed I hear my mocing voice,
Call out among the scoffers

It was my sin that held Him there
Until it was accomplished
His dying breath has brought me life
I knoww that it is finished

I will not boast in anything
No gifts, no power, no wisdom
But I will boast inJesus Christ
His death and resurrection

Why should I gain from His reward?
I cannot give an answer
But this I know with all my heart
His wounds have paid my ransom

Playtime

I am playing around with text now. Notice the drop cap? I've been surfing around finding sites that are helping me tweak my site. I enjoy doing this even if it does frustrate me at times.

This is a First Big Letter style. I am using CSS inline style

If you enjoy playing with your blog you can visit Manderin Design There are very easy instructions and, better yet, codes to paste in the HTML section of blogger or in the CSS section of the template. I am having lots of fun learning how to do some text tricks.

This photograph is framed with a Polaroid style border.

Bother, bother, bother

'Oh, help!' said Pooh, 'I'd better go back,' 'Oh bother!' said Pooh, 'I shall have to go on.' 'I can't do either!' said Pooh, 'Oh help and bother!' ...

I decided to change my blog today....and I feel like Pooh.

I"ll tell you more - but it's sunny outside and I'm heading out.
